1. Who we are

This website is operated by THINKROTOR (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (GSTIN 33AANCT2836P1ZQ), trading as THINKROTOR, at 2/1014, Dr. Ambedkar Road, Periyar Nagar, Madipakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600091, India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law to place an order.

3. Products and prices

Products are shown on our Shop page with their prices. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless stated otherwise. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email, SMS or WhatsApp.

5. Payments

Payments are collected online through CCAvenue, our payment aggregator. We do not see or store your card number, CVV or banking credentials.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

7. Warranty

Any warranty on a product is stated on its product page, packaging or invoice.

8. Safe and proper use

The THIOTO Closet Air Purifier is a household appliance and is not a medical device.

9. Intellectual property

The THINKROTOR and THIOTO names, logos, text, images and design on this website belong to us or our licensors.

10. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over disputes.

12. Complaints

Write to our Grievance Officer, Rahul Ramanujam, at contact@thinkrotor.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours.
