Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

We ship to serviceable pin codes across India. We do not ship outside India at present.

2. Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are normally dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. These are estimates; weather, strikes, courier delays or incorrect addresses can add time.

3. Shipping charges

Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Tracking

We send tracking details by email, SMS or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

5. Receiving your order

Please check the package on delivery. If it looks tampered with or damaged, note it with the courier and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Wrong address or failed delivery

Please enter a complete and correct address. If delivery fails because of a wrong address or repeated unavailability, the order returns to us. We can re-ship it after you pay the shipping charge again, or refund the product amount after deducting the shipping cost.
